Information on Chargebacks
A chargeback is a reversal of a payment initiated by the bank or payment provider at the request of the cardholder or account holder. It is often used when the customer considers a transaction to be unauthorized or incorrect.
Important Information on Chargebacks under EU Law:

Chargeback Process: In the EU, consumers have the right to request a chargeback within 13 months of the transaction if they believe the payment was incorrect or unauthorized. The chargeback process is handled through the payment service provider (such as WixPayments, PayPal, or Klarna).

Fees for Chargebacks: Please note that chargeback fees may apply, which can amount to up to €25. These fees arise because processing a chargeback is both time-consuming and resource-intensive. These costs will be charged to the customer when a chargeback is requested.
