Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at NOMAD™.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to read our refund and return policy.
The following conditions apply to all products you have purchased from us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Words whose initial letters are capitalized have the meaning defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Goods refer to the items offered for sale through the Service.

Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

Website refers to NOMAD™, accessible from https://www.nomadtm.de.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
Your Right to Cancel the Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 14 days.

The goods are in the original packaging.
The following goods cannot be returned:

The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of goods which by their nature are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or where the expiry date has passed.

The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

The supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Please Note the Following for Returns and Refunds:
Damaged Goods:

Dents: Returns or refunds for products with dents are only accepted if you purchased the NOMAD insurance at the time of purchase. Without this insurance, dents can be pressed out from the inside of the case, and a return or refund is not possible.

Scratches: The same conditions apply for scratches. If NOMAD insurance was taken, the affected item will either be fully credited or replaced. Without the NOMAD insurance, obtaining credit may be difficult, and in some cases, not possible.
Return within 14 Days without Reason:
Even within the 14-day return period without giving a reason, these conditions apply. A return is only straightforward if none of the damages mentioned above are present or if NOMAD insurance was taken.
